Artist's Rights

1. I reserve the right to refuse and/or terminate a commission.
2. Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission.
3. I will not continue working on the commission until the remaining 50% of payment is fully processed.
4. All forms of communication will be documented by me.
5. I do not work on a “first come, first serve” basis.
6. I own the rights to the commission and reserve the right to use it as an commission example.
7. Fanart commissions are for personal use only.
8. For original characters (OC), I must be informed if the oc or design is owned by another person. If so, I will comply to follow the wishes of the owner. If this commission is a gift or something similar, I will accept provided they are given proof that the person allows fanart of their OC. If not, then I will decline the commission.
9. I will understand that the client has fully read and accepted these Terms of Service if they open and continue a commission.Failure to communicate this will be considered as non-compliance to the ToS and is cause for termination of the commission. If I get informed after the commission is finished, they will be retracting the rights to use their artwork for both private and public use. It is non-refundable.

Payment

1. All prices are in USD.
2. All payments are via Paypal.
3. Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at the discretion of the artist. In the instance of complex character designs (e.g. Hoyoverse, Wuthering Waves, etc.), a 15% additional charge will be included if I accept the commission.
5. If the commission is needed by a specific deadline that is communicated to me in advance, I may apply a fee at my discretion.
6. If you wish to make more changes to the piece than the ones already given (2 major changes in sketch phase and 2 minor changes past the sketching phase) I may apply an additional fee at my discretion if I decide to accept the changes.
7. If you wish to make an initial payment rather than the full price at the beginning of the commission, you must pay 50% of the initial quote up front. The remaining 50% must be paid once the commission is done. The final piece will be sent only once the full payment is sent.

Client's Rights

1. Max of 3 revisions can be given before final sketch is confirmed.
2. Up to 2 major changes are allowed in the sketching phase and 2 minor changes past the sketching phase.
3. Final commission piece will be sent through Google Docs or the platform of the client’s choice in order to receive the full quality image.
4. You have the right to refuse me sharing/posting of the commission in my socials, and I will oblige.
5. If you do not wish to be tagged on the finished art piece you can always ask that I don't tag you or leave you as anonymous.
6. You have the right to repost the commission with proper credit to me.

Refund

1. If the client wishes to cancel the commission before payment, The commission will be cancelled with no additional costs.
2. If the client wishes for a refund before beginning any work, a full refund will be provided.
3. If the client wishes for a refund after beginning any work, a percentage of the refund will be provided at the artist’s discretion based on how much work is done.
4. If the client wishes for a refund after the commission is completed, no refund will be provided.

Others

1. If you ask for a NSFW commission, I assume you are over the age of 18.
2. Art pieces may take from 1 week up to 4, if there's any inconveniences on my part I will make sure to properly communicate with full transparency.
3. I do not draw anything based on irl people.
